VOICE OF THE VENGEFUL

Shame on the two letter writers whose comments (Chicago Tribune Voice of the People, August 2, 2009) calling for unmitigated public vengence against Brian Dugan, the confessed killer of Jeanine Nicarico, were published in today's Voice of the People. And shame on the Tribune for devoting 100% of its commentary to these bloodthirsty folks instead of giving equal time for mercy and healing and need to stop all homicides, including that perpetrated by the state.

Today's column should have been re-titled "Voice of the Vengeful".
