192. Trump neutered, but insurrectionists embedded thruout society

 

              

 

Trump has no future in the Republican Party; indeed in any respectable place of American society.

 

He’s silenced on social media, a virtual death sentence to a demigod who bypassed traditional politics to snare 74 million voters, including thousands of insurrectionist thugs who tried but failed to overturn his election loss. He’s largely destroyed the GOP, costing it the presidency, the Senate; indeed branding it as the party of treason.

 

The Trump brand, both person and name, are finished. The PGA withdrew the 2022 PGA Tournament from his beloved Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, NJ. The Trump name has come down from some of the high end buildings that license his now toxic moniker. He’ll spend his remaining time on earth hiding in Mara Lago when not in court on a slew of civil and criminal charges.

But surviving are the untold thousands of violence prone supporters embedded in the entire fabric of American life. They are grandmas and veterans, cops and firefighters, CEO’s and bartenders; even a state legislator. They all joined the parade led by the worst in society. If FBI reports bear out, they will heed the call for more treason, crawling out of the crevices of their damaged lives to spew more mayhem in all 50 state capitols and DC ahead of inauguration.

 

In a grotesque irony, the thug who lit the match of deadly sedition begrudgingly declared that a state of emergency exists in the District of Columbia for the two weeks surrounding the 59th Presidential Inauguration. He’s authorized 15,000 National Guard troops be deployed to prevent further violence he caused, turning DC into an armed encampment.

 

Trump is receding rapidly into the shadows of oblivion. When will the thousands who still idolize their neutered hero?
