Ten of 535 congresspersons condemning US enabled Israeli genocide not enough to end it

Ten of 535 congresspersons condemning US enabled Israeli genocide not enough to end it

Every peaceful American beseeching our cowardly Congress to call out US complicity in Israeli genocide in Gaza should salute the pitifully small but morally decent congresspersons who have used the ‘genocide’ word.` And they’re not using it to support the genocide like Congressman Randy Fine (R-FL) who grotesquely called for Palestinians in Gaza to “starve away.”

Republican Congresswomen Marjorie Taylor Green joined 9 Democrats, Rashida Tlaib (MI), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY), Ilhan Omar (MN), Ayanna Pressley (MA), Summer Lee (PA), Al Green (TX), Delia Ramirez (IL), Bonne Watson Coleman (NJ), and John Garamendi (CA) to stand out against a sea of congressional depravity.

But 10 of 535 congresspersons correctly calling out US enabled Israeli genocide will not stop this monstrous war crime. Why? No one in the Trump administration dare call it genocide and demand its end. No one in a mainstream media dare call it genocide and demand its end. And the great majority of congresspersons dare call it genocide and demand its end.

We need the trickle of congresspersons charging genocide to become an avalanche that will sweep away America’s great moral stain of genocide enabler besmirching every moral principle America should represent.
