In January, Presidential contender Mitt Romney said that moms on welfare need to get out in the work force even if they are caring for a two year old. He said this is not heartless; its necessary so these poor moms know the dignity of real work.

This April, Romney defended his wife from a pundit's claim that she had never worked a day in her life by saying, “Ann Romney is a hero of mine. I happen to think that all moms are working moms...and if you have five sons, your work is never over.

Three months and $200 million in the bank sure changed Romney's view on what constitutes work for a mom.
