Funniest line from Gov. Bruce Rauner's State of the State address:

"Our economic growth and jobs package increases the minimum wage to $10 an hour over the next 7 years."

All those working mom's living in poverty flippin' Bruce's burgers when he stops in their workplace for a snack, can sure take heart. That paltry $8.25 their makin' now will crack the $10.00 / hr. bracket....in 2022.
