Not to be out-bound, some Republicans are bound to oppose this non-binding resolution with a filibuster. This is bound to inflame the Democrats to bound even further in their efforts to pass their non-binding resolution.
What we really need is a binding resolution to stop the troop surge and the war itself. That’s because the President is bound to ignore the non-binding resolution.
Back at the start of the war, the Bush administration may have thought it was bound for glory. More likely, it is bound for the scrapheap of history.
