Why hasn’t Trump been arrested for mass premeditated murder in the Caribbean?

Why hasn’t Trump been arrested for mass premeditated murder in the Caribbean?

All 15 presidents (Trump twice) since WWII have been involved in either dozens of regime change operations or 9 military interventions (wars) that have killed millions. So it should surprise no one that mass murder goes with the job of the post WWII presidency.
But there is something particularly offensive, indeed ghoulish about Trump’s bragging over his blasting six unarmed boats out of the waters around Venezuela, sending the ships and their 27 occupants down to Davy Jones Locker. Trump pitched his summary executions of folks who will forever remain silent about their watery agenda, as necessary to stop narco terrorists emanating from Venezuela to satisfy Americans’ insatiable thirst for drugs.
No one believes that besides Trump, his War Secretary Pete Hegseth and top diplomat Marco Rubio. All three lust to complete America’s 26 year long regime change operation against the socialist Venezuelan governments of Nicholas Madero and his predecessor Hugo Chavez. Those 9 warships, including a sub, 10,000 troops and B-52’s circling Venezuela awaiting attack orders are not there to interdict drugs. Their poised to complete America’s cherished regime change in Venezuela on Trump’s second watch.
Trump’s murder in the Caribbean represents the highest of high crimes that should move him from his temporary stay in the White House…to a permanent stay in the Big House.
Come on Attorney General Pam Bondi. If you can indict Letitia James for a frivolous statement on a real estate deal and John Bolton for top secret pillow talk at bedtime, you certainly can indict your boss for mass murder in the Caribbean. Start the investigation under the code name….Blonde Bombshell.

Trump to Zelensky…’I haven’t got a weapon to spare’

Trump to Zelensky…’I haven’t got a weapon to spare’

Ukraine President Zelensky arrives at the White House Friday to once again beg President Trump for US weapons which will do nothing to prevent his impending defeat to Russia’s overwhelming military forces.

Because Trump knows the war is lost, he will give Zelensky what he’s given him all year…nothing. While President Biden gave Zelensky over $170 billion in military aid during Biden’s last 3 years in office, Trump will only sell US weapons to European NATO countries to gift Zelensky’s lost cause. But while the US has the wherewithal to fund Ukraine till their inevitable collapse, Europe does not.

NATO country leaders tried to fill the US void in the first 6 months of 2025 with an average of $3.8 billion in military aid. But that self-destructive policy has degraded their economies, tanked their polling, making right wing nationalist parties more popular than the interventionist incumbents. Beginning in July even diehards like UK’s Starmer, France’s Macron and Germany’ Merz have cut back on Ukraine’s lost cause. Total European military aid dropped to just $1.7 billion monthly for July and August with no possibility of heading north.

Trump must tell Zelensky Friday that with no cards to play he should capitulate to Russia’s very reasonable and non-negotiable peace demands. No NATO for Ukraine, neutrality between Western Europe and Russia going forward, and no return of lost territory.

Ukraine’s military will collapse on Trump’s watch. He’s correctly blaming America’s failed proxy war against Russia on predecessor Biden who made the Russian invasion of February 2022 inevitable. He’s also blaming Europe for not buying enough US weapons to keep Ukraine fighting.

Trump has plenty of weapons in his trillion dollar war warehouse. But he blew over $20 billion on weapons to enable Israel’s genocide in Gaza, and another $10 billion for related Israeli wars against Yemen and Iran. Now he’s ramping up weaponry to take out his Venezuelan bête noir Nicholas Maduro.

So many wars to gobble up Trump’s war weaponry is why he’ll tell Zelensky Friday…'I haven’t got a weapon to spare.’

West Suburban Peace Coalition's Educational Forum to discuss America's regime change project for Venezuela October 21 on Zoom

West Suburban Peace Coalition's Educational Forum to discuss America's regime change project for Venezuela October 21 on Zoom
Topic: Washington’s 26 Year War against Chavista Venezuela
When: Tuesday, October 21, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM Chicago time
Speaker: Stansfield Smith
Stansfield Smith has been publishing the Venezuela & ALBA Weekly News since May 2014 (on ChicagoALBASolidarity.org). He has written in a variety of publications and has been active in the movements in defense of Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua and other Latin American countries since about 1978.
 Abstract:
For 26 years the US government has been trying to overthrow the democratically elected government of Venezuela, put an end to its popular revolution, and take control of its oil, the largest reserves in the world. The US has tried coups, assassination attempts, economic blockade, even inventing their own president, but nothing has worked. Now Washington accuses Venezuela of flooding the US with cocaine, even though the 2025 reports of both the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, and the US Drug Enforcement Agency 2025 National Drug Threat Assessment do not even mention Venezuelan involvement. Now, every few days Washington seeks to provoke incidents in order to justify a military invasion, creating a new US war for oil. Provocations include CIA activity and bombing Venezuelan origin boats without justification, heinously murdering their occupants in international waters.

Time for Chicago Tribune to declare there’s a Palestinian state, even if there isn’t

Time for Chicago Tribune to declare there’s a Palestinian state, even if there isn’t

The Chicago Tribune Editorial Board makes a valid point in praising President Trump for prematurely declaring an end to the Israeli war (genocide actually) in Gaza (Editorial: The benefit of declaring war is over, even if it’s not).

The Board points out correctly that “if the U.S. president says that the war is over, period, then he is also anchoring that notion within an otherwise muddled reality.”

It would have been helpful if the Trib went further and declared ‘if the US president says there is a Palestinian state Israel must negotiate into being,’ then he is also anchoring that notion within an otherwise muddled reality.’

The ‘muddled reality’ the Trib refers to on Palestinian statehood is not muddled. Benjamin Netanyahu and his Likud Party leaders have made it crystal clear that there will never be a Palestinian state.

In a previous editorial praising Trump’s agreement obtaining ceasefire and hostage release, the Trib said “We even think Trump was right to bat away questions, for now, about the so-called two-state solution.” Wrong. If President Trump told the Knesset ‘There will be a Palestinian state that America officially recognizes,’ that would represent an anchor that would sink any future Israeli plans to ethnically cleanse and eventually fold Gaza and the West Bank into Greater Israel.
